Please use this form to submit your proposal as a Word document or PDF.

Proposals should follow this format:
(1) proposal title,
(2) presenter name,
(3) presenter email,
(4) an abstract of up to 200 words, and
(5) a brief bio of up to three lines, including relevant affiliation and academic title if any.

If you are organizing a panel, workshop or session, or part of one: The Panel or Session Organizer should submit the proposals for each presenter together in a single document, as well as a session title, brief abstract or description about the session, and organizer brief bio if not contained elsewhere in the proposal.

All presenters must register to present their papers at the conference; those whose proposals are accepted enjoy a special discounted registration fee.
